Sun Wins Court Battle With Microsoft It's a damn shame that a company would have to be dragged to court in order to fix a problem with their software. The problem in this case was Microsoft not wanting to make their Java support 100% compatible with the industry standard. You would think they would do that just to make a better product right? Well, here is the scoop: They just CAN'T fix it.
So what does it all mean? It means that it is time to party, at least a little. The real party will be when/if Bill is forced to unbundle his stupid gay browser from Windows 98/2000. I sure as hell don't want Internet Explorer 4 or 5 on any machine of mine.
